This is going to be my second trip there, and I want to make this a month-long trip. Where/when can I get the best deals on airfares and hotels? I would like to stay in Tel-Aviv and in Jerusalem.
I find that the winter is indeed the least expensive. From your earlier posts I know you are Christian, so I would definitely suggest you go around Christmas, and visit all the holy places.
Many Christians go to Jerusalem at this time, and some visit the Jaffa harbor, specifically, the House of Simon the Tanner, where they go up on the roof to pray.
