OK, the Omnibus bill you refer to was BUSH & Congress making. The 9,000 earmarks make up 1+ % of the total bill. Repubs contributed 40% of it. You have good and bad earmarks. Either way the MONEY GOES TO THE DEMO & REPUB STATES and is spent directly or indirectly. I think it should be more transparent and reformed. The embarrassing thing for you would be to talk about the pork since scientific thinking IS NOT in the quiver of Repub Representatives. I LAUGH about the things they call porkBRING IT
